I would highly recommend living at Mission Viejo.I lived there for about 2 years and had a wonderful experience.The Staff is very good and are quick to address problems.They also organise lot of parties like easter egg hunt,halloween parties,Christmas,etc.The manager knows almost every tanent.Maintenance and upkeep is also good.Maintenance issues are fixed very fast even in the middle of night.
One problem which i experienced is that since some residents comprise of student population,on Friday and staurday nights it might not be quite outside, but if you identify the troble makers to the management,they genereally give warnings and have even evicted few.

There are grocery stores within a mile,a Movie theater across the street, a school nearby,lots of places to eat.Also if you are nature lover,there is Burdett park just about 5 miles from the property.
There is nice fitness center with cameras and a well maintained pool.
also its safe place to walk around in night,neigbors also seems to be friendly.
