Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in North Park Apartments with a friend from September 2003 - September 2004. We found our apartment to be very acceptable, but nothing special.
There is only one assigned parking space, but there are quite a few "guest" spaces, and there was street parking near the building we lived in.
The grounds were pretty well-kept. The only thing that was odd, was that downstairs residents were free to do whatever they pleased with the space directly in front of their apartments. I lived upstairs, and the very nice lady downstairs planted a tree and had a bird bath, etc.
No major complaints; no major complements.
