I think the lady who runs the place has a thing going with the tow trucks becuase anytime I had any visitors she would call the tow trucks if the car was there more than 3 hours.
Also she entered our apartment without our consent multiple times. WAS SO RELIEVED WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP!
