Well, when I moved in the carpet was stained all over the place. The bathroom wallpaper was pealing and the faucet didn't work. Also the covers on the outlets and light swiches were off, we had to put them on ourselves and some on the screws were missing. It takes forever to get anyone to fix anything. Also it's not a great neighborhood. My car got broken into 3 times!!!! Also my brothers car was broken into when he stayed over. My neighbor said it happened often and had resorted to leaving his car unlocked with nothing in it to prevent damage that had occured before. Over all the price was awful for what you got. Also, for a two bedroom you still only get one assigned spot, which is usually taken and there aren't many extra spaces. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Someone broke into my car too! Former maintenance man arrested around that time for breaking into cars!
