After nearly 2 years here, I am very sorry to have to move. This was my first time living in Evansville, and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Staff: top-notch and friendly. Will go out of their way to help you when you need it.

Maintenance: If something in my apartment was broken, I could usually count on it to be fixed within the same day. Never have I had such efficient maintenance repairs in any other apartment I have lived in.

Cleanliness/functionality: Exceptional. Did not encounter a single nasty bug during my time here. Wooden kitchens look a little dated but everything works well and is clean. Water pressure in bathroom is great.

Noise: VERY minimal. Apartments are occupied mostly by graduate/professional students and young professionals.
