The apartments are a bit older, but are well maintained. The price was fair, if not a bit low in comparison to other complexes. What really makes North Park shine is the staff from the complex manager on down. From pre-leasing, to leasing, to maintenance, to move out (and extending move out due to blowing my remodeling time-frame), the staff at North Parkhas been wonderful. I can't really say enough about them. Everyone is courteous, prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Evansville area.
