In June I put a $100.00 deposit down on an apartment. My husband and I are seperating. Now he has learned he will be living in Georgetown, KY working for approximately 6 months to a year.
Therefore, my daughter and I will have to live in our house to take care of the upkeep.
I have tried to get my $100.00 back, and the company refuses to refund it due to it being after the 72 hour period.
I think this stinks and I will never refer and Toyota employees or friends to that apartment complex ever. So think twice before renting from North Park Apts. After that being said, I have heard this before about this company.

Are you nuts? How long do u think a landlord should hold an apt? June to August? You agreed if you didn't take the apt. within 72 hrs, you could get your deposit back. after that you forfeit your deposit - afterall, the apt was off the market during this time and could have been rented to someone else. Some apts have a no refund deposit, should one back out. June to August. Get a life.

Its not hard to figure out what apartment complex "are you nuts" works for!!!!
