I lived in an apartment at NP for 2 years starting in the summer of 2006. Overall I think it is a nice place for the money. The staff is really helpful and if you have a maintenance problem they will fix it right away. I always felt safe there which is a big plus for a female living alone. I would recommend these apartments to anyone on a tight budget
