Lived here for 3 years, out of renting for 15 years in Evansville. Of all the places I've stayed, this one was the best. The price seems high at first, but you come to realize the quality of the staff and facilities more than makes up for it.

Here's some of the examples:
- When there was a problem with a leak in the bathroom at 9pm on a Friday, the maintenance man was there in 15 min (unlike in two weeks at some other locations)

- When I was locked out (11pm sometimes), somebody was there in 10 min, and it was FREE (unlike $10-$20 at other places)

- The tennis courts and other recreation facilites are actually useable and well-maintained (unlike the pockmarked surface that rivals bombed out roads in some parts of the world)

- Service staff is always there and always helpful (unlike "gone for meeting for 3 hours" sings in other complex's offices)

Overall, would definitely recommend and live there again.
