I haven't noticed anything that isn't in any other neighborhood or apartments. The people in the office have been nothing but nice, and I have been down there several times for small/minor maintenance requests. There are a lot of young people/teenagers, however it is what it is. The neighbors I've seen have been nice. Overall, I like it, the price is a good. I think I'll be sticking around for a while.
