	I took this place for granted. We moved from here to a bigger place...and I regret it. We not live in a house, but wish we would have never left Orchardgate! The place is wonderful!!

	i didnt like it. parking was a NIGHTMARE! the only good thing was the one man staff. no maintenance on call. just...okay!
