I have lived here for over a year. Everyone around me seems nice, you cant really hear your neighbors unless you are quiet and they are loud, or you are right next to the wall you may hear peeping, but nothing compared to a lot of the apartments. The first year was okay, I thought it was a good place to live. Then after I lived there for awhile I noticed to things that were done badly, or not at all. I requested the dryer pipes to get cleaned out. I have mold, My bathroom floor was broke, my attic floor is dryrotted. My closet doors dont match up to my walls, my wall paper is falling off the walls etc..... I have had to ask several times for these things to be fixed, some are some aren't some have been there since I moved there and still arent fixed. I am getting fed up with living in a nice place and having terrible things or things breaking all the time, I am paying 589 a month to live in a nice place that is broke. It truly is a nice place to live, but it would be nice if things were taken care of right away. I have talked to my neighbors and they say that things dont get fixed for them either. The maintenance crew mows the lawn and uses leaf blowers inside your fence at 7am or so every Monday morning. If you ask them not to they still will the next time, cause they are mexican and dont know english. So if you want to live in a place that you dont care if they get fixed or not and like getting up to mowers at 7am on Monday this is the place for you.
