I agree with the comments of the other resident. I also have lived at regency club for three years and ever since the management changes, I have had nothing horrible expierences. The new property manager is rude and does not even ready to talk to the tenants. It takes several weeks or days for maintenence to come to my apartment after I have requested service. The management is also very rude and have also been known for discrimination. I am very unhappy living at regency . I do not suggest anyone to move in regency club. The carpet is also very cheap & I have had so many problems with my plumbing, it is unreal. The grass is not mowed nearly often enough since the management change and the lake is in terrible condition. The landscaping over all is not as nice as it used to be. Not to mention the fact that we have to pay all bills, including water. Overall---HORRIBLE.
