I lived in a one bedroom here for one year and never had any major problems. The apartment was a nice size for one person, but with two it might feel crowded. The bathroom is larger than some apartments in the area, which is nice, but the kitchen is tiny. Nice big bedroom though, I had a king size bed and two dressers and while there wasn't tons of extra room, it wasn't cramped either. Management was okay, but when they switched over to Regency I got a little leary. They seem to have adjusted well now though. Nice clubhouse with sauna, indoor pool, weight room, etc. Definitely worth the money (I had a preferred employer discount), but not worth much more.
Maintenance was okay bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
