I have lived at Regency for about 6 months. I have had only a few minor maintenance calls and they have responded to them very promptly. The grounds are beautiful and give you somewhat of a feeling of being in the country. I moved here from a small town and feel just as safe here as I did back home. The clubhouse so much to do, it's almost like living at a resort. I would recommend this community to anyone, including my own Grandmother!
