I will just make this as painless as possible since this place doesn't. I have lived here for a year and cant seem to leave. I have tried for two months to leave and they keep making me stay. they say you have to give 30 days notice and then dont decide to decide to tell you you have more paperwork until 2 weeks to go meaning you now are forced to pay extra charges. consistenly finding ways to charge you extra money for no real reason except their own lack of professional management. As far as community goes it is diversified amongst age but very bad construction allows you to be bothered by all your neighbors every move. duck constantly walking all over the place leaving little presents for you on your vehicle, patio, and anywhere else you would prefer to keep clean. as far as maintenance, hope you are lucky cause you will have to call several times and when they do fix it you should make an appointment in a couple of days cause it will be tore up again if you are lucky enough to have anything last through the night. I guess it would help if when you went to see management at the office it didnt look like a high school class. A bunch of young girls running around like ignorant brainless cheerleaders thinking they are going to help you do anything or that they might possibly be capable of handling a business. You need to be flexible also as the cost of laundry facilities is apt to change any moment. Amenities they got. Two pools one inside one out. but never at the same time cause when one is used the other is closed. But you need to be used to arctic weather cause the inside one never has the heater working right and the outside one is always freezing for some reason. and i also hope you are a tolerant person as if you ever have a problem with neighbors the management will not do anything. case in point we had drug dealers around us and the police were called but the management became upset saying that they wanted to be notified snd the police not called as it made them look bad. if you do come here god help you and dont make plans as a lease is only an estimate as to how long they will lock you into this dante's inferno that i have come to despise.
