I have had a major emergency request, and it did not get fixed immediatly. They did a quick fix and left it until it happened again. There is dog waste all over the complex and people have annoying dogs. A neigherbor moved in across from me that has a dog that looks like a pit bull mix, so this complex does not screen their dogs. This dog barks at my cat all the time and drives me nuts. I have complained to managemetn, however nothing has changed with the dog. This place is poorly ran. If you want to upgrade to another unit, you will be on a waiting list forever, and new tenates will get the choice before you. Once you sign the lease here, your in it and they will screw you over.
