If you lived at this complex before 2003, your reviews would be great! Management was great, maintenance was great, it was a perfect place to live. New management took over during the summer of 2003 and the place went to hell. Management was never in the office nor could I ever get ahold of them on the phone. They were also very rude and discriminatory. They no longer screen the tenants so the place has turned into a neighborhood you would see on COPS. We had drug dealers living next to us and had to call the police several times because management refused to take action. They will cheat you out of your deposit and then some. They even tried to charge us $700 for carpet replacement which they do anyway! Parking is a total nightmare and the grounds were never kept. We had a limb fall from a tree by our patio door after a storm and they never removed it. It's probably still there. With the money that you will lose at this place, just buy a house, it's cheaper!

I moved in Sept. 2004 and have no idea what this person is talking about. The staff was great. Although i will admit the manager at the time was completley incompetent and each time i called she was always unavailable and never returned calls. I finally resorted to emails and got responses from her. There were a few heated emails but i got what i needed taken care of, after calling the authorities. It was wonderful once she was replaced. The management who took over has done a lot for the property and made a great SAFE place even better. I have never felt unsafe or ever seen anything that could remotely be on COPS. Its always very quiet at night aside from the occasional idiot with a loud stero driving by or parking and leaving it on while going in to check laundry. Seriously, you're not in your car, its late, you're not the only person around turn off you stupid stero. What i dont understand is, if it was so horrible, why did they stay for 4 years??
