I look for safety and hassle-free in an apartment complex. Regency is both. I haven't been bothered by anyone and I feel really safe walking around at night. It is far enough away from USI to get away from the party crowds (which cannot be escaped in the newest apartments around town nor anything on the west side). It looks nice and it is in a great neighborhood that is real close to everything you would need. I have never had a problem with maintenance fixing a job right away. The office staff is nice enough. The problems with the dog poo have been taken care of and I think overall management is doing better even since I moved in. The apartment itself is great for the price and looks nice on the inside. I have never had a problem with parking and the duck problem really isn't the the apts fault, they go where the water is and Regency has a big pond.
