I lived in a two bedroom at this location for one year. I chose it based on the safe and convenient location, good floor plan, and extra amenities (gym, pools, etc.)

My experience here was mixed. I liked the location, it is quiet and in a great part of town and is also 2 minutes away from a Walmart, a hospital, and lots of stores and restaurants. There are lots of community activities and they take care of their property and make sure it is nice looking. My rent for a 2 bdrm 1 bthrm in a nice part of town was pretty average, $589 per month and there was a deposit special at $99. I had about 1100 sq. ft. the pools were nice, although the gym was small--but it was 24/hr which is positive. I never felt unsafe walking around at night, and there were not many times I felt it was noisy or that there were disruptive things going on.

But overall because of some negatives I experienced I would hesitate to rent from them again. Their maintenance staff came over to fix lots of little things I found broken over the year, and the job was done poorly so I would have to call them again and again. Lots of times I had little to no hot water. Also, the staff leaves notes all over the place for violations of the lease. Some renters I knew there that lived in an upstairs unit even got one for "disruptive walking"--even though they worked third shift and were never there. Before I moved out they issued a communtiy notice that for every lease violation they passed out there would be a $25 fine along with it. it was kind of annoying. My car was damaged from neighbors and some things of mine went missing while I was there as well. Also, when you move out, expect a bill. At the best, you will not have a bill ut you will lose your deposit for cleaning.

So, the experience was 50/50. I think maybe the complex would be better for families. For younger people or private people, it would probably not be the greatest choice.
