office staff could use a little politeness

One thing that does stick out at Sugar Mill is its one of the most unfriendly places you'll ever be. The office staff are, at most sufficent. Warning to any persons who are first time leasers, they will try to run over you and your questions always seem to have to be anwsered by someone who isn't there.
