I have lived at Terra Trace for almost 2 years now. It wasn't so bad when I moved in but within the past 7 mpnths or so the residents have gone down hill. They have been renting to a lot not so nice people. Stuff is always being stolen out of the laundry room and Maint is NOT doing a very good job of keeping the place up! The outside looks like trash and the inside of the apartments are falling apart. They are also VERY VERY bad about getting back to you on Maint. Requests. I had termites for 2 years in a row and all I got was an o well we'll call terminex as soon as we can....NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Even the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned all summer!!!!
