I've lived in this apartment complex for about a year. The only reason I've lived in it this long is because it's so hard to find a good apartment and everyone knows how much of a pain it is to move and come up with all the new rent and fees and such, but this place is the worst of the worst! You can ask maintenance to fix the many problems you're probably going to have... and they'll show up all right, but all they'll do is tell you how bad that is and that it needs fixed and then they disappear. The landladies are rude and unhelpful, not to mention that the neighborHOOD is walking around at all hours doing god only knows what which may include vandalizing and or breaking into your vehicles. (happened to me and my roomate) I don't care how desperate you are... please go anywhere but here!!

Currently there is NO MAINTENANCE crew at all!!! We are now on our 3rd week of NOT getting stuff fixed or even looked at to be fixed. The drug problem is worse not to mention prostitution. Vandalism is a HUGE problem right now not only to cars, but to doors and windows of the apartments. Management is NEVER here so good luck trying to talk to them. When she is here she's got her kids with her and is to busy with them to deal with more important issues. When she is here it's usually long enough to sign a lease with someone and she's gone again. I DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT recommend this place at all!! It's a dangerous neighborhood with management that doesn't care about anything but rent money!!!

I'm a manager and I also rent I think it is a shame when you do not care for your tenants/residents. I feel that you treat people the way you want to be treated and what goes around does come around.
