Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The maintenance and management are terrible. A quick rundown of my problems: Broken air conditioner (2 weeks to fix), Water heater busted twice causing flooding in the downstairs (over a week to get it cleaned up both times), bugs (never even sprayed), and finally, didn't give me my full deposit back because of stains from the times when the water heater busted. Very bad place to live.
