I was unhappy with several of the maintenance repairs made, and very unhappy to see a leaking ceiling.
We had to deal with multiple apartment inspections within the past two years, for various reasons. (I moved in last year, but my roommate and my girlfriend had the same apartment for two years May '07)
I was mostly displeased with the underhanded move they recently made to force residents to pay utilities. I am seeking legal aid in regards to this apartment complex and their owner group (which has led to several disputing viewpoints.

As a previous resident and Property Manager I fully agree with the dissatisfied residents and will assist them in whatever recourse possible against the company.
