All rules at this apartment complex are dependant upon if you know the manager, are related to the manager or are dating someone working for the manager. My rent went up even after I have a signed 12 month lease stating my lessor rental amount. We must now pay utilities even after having an signed lease agreement of all utilities included. Owners will not put any more money into the property because they want all excess income put into their pockets.
