Dishonest..started charging for utilities after moved in. Charge whatever they want for utilities (not collected by vectrin). Greed...constant notices for unexplained late charges'... laundry machines rip people off...over charge for the utilities by charging large collection fees. Unhealthy... mold everywhere..lead in paint...old apliances leak gas. Unsafe... lots of pitbulls...drug dealers, or atleast people who are wannabees...steps in apartments fall through.. leaky furnaces poorly vented. Management likes to lie alot, and will say anything to get another dollar out of people. Will evict people for any reason, and you have 3 days to move.
