I Love the Timbers! The office staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The maintenance staff always fixes it right the first time. They go out of their way to make me and my children feel at home. There is always ample parking available. They have the options of one or two bedrooms, washer and dryer or not. plenty of closet space. I never have any problems with noise. They always have the grounds very well maintained. With two toddlers, safety is definitely one of the most important factors in picking a place to live. I could not feel safer. The buildings are safe, the location is safe. Speaking of location we are within walking distance of McDonalds, Subway, Sonic and a nice eat-in Mexican place called Acupolcos. We can also walk to the grocery store (Schnucks), A premiere video and several other businesses. We have a bus stop right out front and Green River Road is full of businesses including a mall and many high end eateries. Overall I cannot say enough about how much I love the Timbers! The only thing I would change is to have a playground for the kids but there is a park very close.
