My wife and I lived at The Timbers for 12 months, when we first moved to Evansville. We had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and the maintenance guys. Our dishwasher was leaking at one point, and they fixed that problem the very same day. I am very surpriced to read some of the other reviews, because we definitely enjoyed our stay at The Timbers.
