Don't pay a bit of attention to the most recent ratings of this complex. They will do everything to get you to sign a lease, and then don't give a crap. Obviously, the Timbers is filing out these reviews themselves. This place is a dump, and the people who manage it are obnoxious. DONT EVER RENT FROM ANY EDWARD ROSE COMMUNITY! You get things like worthless maintenance who tries to paint your bathtub to cover up the rust, and worthless cable tv that never works, however you still have to pay for. Loud obnoxious young people running around all hours of the night causing trouble. Trust me, absolutley do not move here, I cant stress this enough. Spend a few bucks more, and get a decent place to live. You can live on macaroni and cheese for a while if necessary, but just get a decent apartment instead of this dump!!!!! Did I mention dont move here' SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
