They did the ol' bait and switch with me. They showed me an apartment and then said "Oh, we leased that one (it was Saturday afternoon, I came back on Monday morning' Right.)I got bad feelings from this place from the start. The apartment she showed me the second time had permanent marker on the doors (which were in bad shape anyway), the bathtub was NASTY, the appliances were old and to make matters worse, the rent was soooo high. When I said I wasn't going to live there, the lady didn't say a word and stomped off like a little child. Word of advice: these people are all nice to you if you're looking, but if you give the slightest hint you're looking elsewhere, they tend to be rude.

They also played the switch game with me....I think it is poor business management.

They did the exact thing to us. showed us one, old us the price, we signed the lease then when we moved in we had a differnt apt all together and a much more expensive price. First it was $439 then when we moved in it was $485.
