When there was a problem with my apartment it took a while for it to be fixed. I had to tell the staff several times before they would fix the problem. Also, when maintenance would come to my apartment they would knock once and then just walk in, sometimes before I could even get to the door. At the end of my lease the complex charged me seveal move-out charges for things that were already missing when I moved in. The staff has not been easy to work with.
