Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Office management not at the level of other apartments in the area. The best people on the staff have left.

Apartments are dated. Maintenance personal are pretty good and were responsive, but materials are not the best.

Police calls to the complex have been more frequent during the last six months.
