I've lived here since late February....so about six months. The first night, my wife had her shoes stolen (left them outside for probably 30 mins). I told the girl at the office (not sure who) and she was a total -----. I even went so far as to report her to the corporate office. For the most part, though, the employees are above average.

The trash is always picked up, I used to do that job for the previous apartment I lived at and I know that can be a tough job. They keep it pretty clean here. The maintenance guys are usually fast and are always friendly and professional...couldn't ask for any better really. When I pay the rent they always ask me if everything's going okay. My only complaint so far has been the girl I talked to about my wife's shoes and just the horrible traffic on this side of town but I realize that's just part of living on the east side. The apartment was very clean when we moved in....I'd recommend it.
