Can anyone tell me anything about the Vann park apts. I'm planning on moving 7 this apt. is a thought.

I actually lived in these apts for about 6 months and ended up breaking our lease. The drug traffic is non stop. Kids play in the common hallway day and night and will jiggle your door handle to try and get in......the management is non existent and they are rude if you need help. There were electrical problems......I would run, don't walk!

The apartments are getting better there is a newstaff and they have gotten rid of most of the rifraf and druggies mostly thekids are only a problem in the 2&3bdrm apts overall not that bad and convient location wehave livedhere for 2 years things aregetting better
