Village Green will screw you over with your money!!!!! I was charged for damages in the apartment that were already there when we moved in the junky mofo!!! Our patio door would not open. There were brown stains on the living room floor. They "came out" to clean it but it looked damn near the same as before. We could not even cook with our oven without the fire alarm going off because of all the burnt up goo that was left in the piece of crap.Not to mention that the dishwasher had to be 90 years old and never came close to washing a freaking dish. Now here I am pissed off because I "owe" them 366$$ of just straight bullsh**!!Don't do it you will regret it.

I guess it would have been smart to fill out that inventory/condition sheet and make a copy for yourself.

I agree, village green will rape you of your money. The dishwasher made them dirtier than when I put them in, always!

Always take pictures with a disposable or any other 35mm camera before and after you move into an apartment. Get the first set developed shortly after you move in and keep the receipt so you can show when the photos were developed.
