From the day I moved in this place has been hell. They don't allow you to see the actual apartment your moving into. When I moved in there was glass in the hallways it smelled of animal urine. there were stains on the carpets, holes in the walls, the balcony is rotting, and cannot be used because its unstable. The stove caught fire a week after I moved in because of electrical problems, and I was fined 3,000 dollars for it. They know of and allow drug users to live in the apartment, and do nothing about sound violations. They allow themselves into your apartment at any time they choose, with out prior notice. I was walked in on in the shower by their maintence team, and nothing was done. Just please what ever you do; do not move into Village Green.

Agreed, their maintenance people knock once and walk right in. They walked in to check a filter, no prior notice whatsoever, thank god i had some clothes on!

I just went to Village Green today to look at an apartment and they showed us the actual apartment they had available for next month. If I decide to move to Village Green, I'll make sure to read the lease about them entering the apartment. If it says they can enter at anytime, I might not sign the lease. If it doesn't and they do it anyway, I'll be suing their butts.
