I lived at Western Hills for 5 years before buying a home. Management was always easy to work with, and maintenance was always attentive. The place was not huge or fancy, but it was clean & affordable. They just put in new windows and updated the laundry facility too. Now that I am moving I don't mind saying they could probably charge higher rent!
