Terrible terrible terrible...Apartment mgr Patty Smith, her daughter Anita (asst mgr), and her son Joe (maintenance man) are very disprespectful, dishonest, and unresponsive to your questions and requests. Carpets were very dirty when I moved in (my socks were black from walking around in apt)they have their own carpet cleaning machine and clean the apartments themselvs, terrible bug problem (roaches, spiders, ants, silver fish) to go along with unresponsive mgt on this issue (do not be fooled when you see the terminex man, he enters each apt for about 1-2 minutes and will not spray when you tell him there is a roach problem. He says State and Federal guidelines will not allow him to spary...THEN WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU IN BUSINESS FOR...He is not allowed to discuss the apartment complex's contract...which is walk around the apts to make it look good but do not spray because we do not want to have to pay for it), and last someone who lived next to me got his vehicle broken into (hit speakers and cd's were stolen). Bottom line if you want to be lied to, have your requests argued over and unmet, and treated with zero respect, then by all means go stay with Patty Smith and her family at the Westwood Apartment Complex on Evansville's West side located on Douglas Drive.

You probably had a bad experience because you were one of the trouble causers not paying rent and have to blame someone other than yourself for being evicted. Did you ever take 60 seconds and stop and think what it takes to deal with lying, non rent paying, not working lazy bums like you on a constant basis!!!
