My apartment was TINY and the carpet was really old, but the apartment was cheap so I thought it would work. I was wrong. Their "mantainance" is a joke. Twice my air conditioner quit working (it took them no less than a month to correct each time), my heater broke down once(same story), I opened my door one day and the trim ripped out(I gave up and had my friend fix it, and my bathroom sink did not work the entire year I lived there. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything and they were unfriendly and sometimes accusing. A couple times I was late paying rent, and she listed the wrong price (my lease stated $385, and she would put $395)on the late notice, and yeah it was only $10, but it is MY $10 that was not in the lease.Once she sent her daughter up to my door and tried to accuse me and my boyfriend of having a bunch of bikers over one night and being noisy. We didn't and when I tried to explain how this could not be true, I was simply told to not do it again. I was so disgusted with how I was being treated (ignored, blown off, accused) that I moved out a month early.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Why would you complain about the size when you looked at it before you moved in!! Didn't you have a clue furniture takes up space! I find i very hard to believe you went an entire year with no sink! You already said you had late fees, so anothr of the non rent paying, getting evicted and blaming someone else!!
