Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
They do not take care of this place at all. Grass and weeds are always overgrown, the buildings are falling apart, and there is no month to month after you've been there a year. If you want to keep your apartment after your one month lease is up, you have to either pay an extra $100 a month or you have to sign a new lease! I can also vouch for all the examples before me; this is just a bad place to live!
