The utilities here are way to high for the square footage,mine were around $230 for a 2 bedroom during the winter, and we are pretty good about turning lights off when not in use, etc. The apartments do not distribute the heat/air conditioning equally, leaving some rooms way too hot and others too cool. Since I have lived here there have been several robberies, involving vehicles as well as several apartments being broken into. The grounds are not very well taken care of - dead trees/shrubs. The staff is friendly enough, but I would not recommend living here if you want a comfortable and secure home.
