THE MANAGER, TAMMY IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ASST. MGR., TERESA ,CONTINOUSLY LIES ABOUT SERVICE APPOINTMENTS. THE GROUNDS AS WELL AS THE UNITS ARE NOT MAINTAINED. THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE AND THE PARKS ARE NOT SAFE. MOST OF THE TIME WE HAVE NO WHRERE TO PARK. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Sounds to me you did not like the answer you got on a question. The office ladies have always been very nice, professional and honest with me. I read the newsletters asking that residents no litter and see the maintenance staff cleaning up trash every morning!!!! Parks? Not sure but the playgrounds look fine-and I always see kids playing so looks like parents in the complex seem to think they are safe. For those reading-I live here and have no intentions of moving. I found this site by chance and I am disgusted with the trash talk about this property!!!

lol bullshiiiiitt!! haha this was obviously management trying to cover up the bad postings just like they cover up the problems with the property instead of JUST FIXING IT!!! dont post bullshitt responses trying to get people to come out there, fix the problems and you wont have to worry. Run these apartments like they are peoples homes and give a shitt about your property!!

Yes THIS response is from the current office team. I have been with the management team right at about 60 days. It is my intentions to turn this property around into a highly repected and beautiful community. I feel this is well on the way with an awesome maintenence team and office staff. Please stop by the office and meet everyone, have a chat with us so that we can help you. The grounds are one of my higest priorities and take pride in the process that has taken place with the new landscaping, new trash receptacles, and brand new playground. My number one priority is my residents and am making every effort to portray that to ALL residents here at Williamsburg. The plans for Willimasburg the new Pavilion Lakes in the very near future is absoultley increadible. New laundry room,gutters,paint,fencing,state of the art fitness center, brand new swimming pool, WI-FI cafe. For those who have not seen the new upgraded apartment homes I personally invite you to take a tour so that you can be the next person to enjoy all the comfort and beautiful upgrades of this apartment community. We are in a perfect location for all your lifestly needs and wants. We are growing and improving dailey. Yes these are peoples homes including mine and I am proud to be a resident of a wonderful improving growing upgrading community.
