Pavilion Lakes (Formerly Williamsburg on the Lake) is currently under a so called "renovation". Let me tell you a little bit about the renovation. We just moved in a month ago, and are already wanting out of our lease. We were shown a very nice remodeled two bedroom model that was very well done. We were convinced to move in based on the model apartment we saw and rented a two bedroom flat for $719/month. Our first problem was that the apartment was not finished on time, in fact a week late. So this forced us to have to move furnishings to a temporary location while the apartment was finished. The management and office staff has already changed two or three times since we first came to look at the apartment. When we finally got into our apartment what we received was totally different than the model. The baseboards were old rotted, and beat up with a thin coat of paint covering them. The bathroom tile was molded and mildewed, and in poor condition, The new vinyl flooring was already coming up, the paint job was terrible with paint slopped everywhere. Our backyard was overgrown to the point we couldn't even mow it (if you are on the first floor u have to maintain the yard. Shutters are falling off the building and missing. The new carpet is already showing wear after a month. Our water is not working properly and still has not been fixed correctly. Our fence in the back yard is rotted and falling down, and all they did was spray, not roll a coat of paint on it which got all over everything. This is a very poor and cheap remodeling job. Basically all they are doing is putting in cheap carpet and cheap vinyl, new paper thin cabinetry in the kitchen, bargain basement appliances that don't even work right, and raising the rent by $100/month. Stay away, you will fully regret moving here as we have. We would like to get out of here after only one month. Don't let them fool you with the remodeled apartment, yours will not be as nice!

We just left a few months ago... they watch these reviews treat you like crap afterwards and make up false crap to "get back at you" ... Be careful... just get out of it if possible and don't look back... This new company is pouring money in cosmetic crap and ignoring the things that need to be fixed (ancient heat/air and windows.) Glad to be gone :) LOVING the new apartment that's run by people who appreciate their tenants!!!
