I have lived at Pavilion Lake 9(Formally Williamsburg On The Lake) for 9 years. I stress formally because when they were sold, the company that bought them has Integrity,Commitment,and loyalty: Not just to it's Employees, but to every Resident that lives on property.

Having lived there as long as I have , I have seen it all. The staff is there during posted office hours. Holly is approachable and fair. Deidre and Tom are the same way. They are a great working unit.

Since the property was sold renovations and updates have been going on NON-STOP!!
Inside and Outside. From dishwashers to dumpsters.

I am still not sure how we were blessed with Perry, the Maint Supervisor, but we have been . Now work orders get completed, PROPERLY. His assistant Dave is great too.

I had no heat on the weekend, and it turned out to be his wifes Birthday, he in town without one complaint and fixed the problem.

So, people all I can say is don't always trust what you read..Some people are just negative people, and have nothing better to do.

I felt compelled to respond to this because I know that the garbage on this site , is just that: GARBAGE

So if you are looking for a great tplace for your dollar's worth, and 3 of the best schoolls in the EVSC Distict for your kids,come by and meet my PropertyManager and her staff and judge for yourself what is or isn't true about Pavilion Lake Apartments.

This post had to have been written by one of Holly's buddies that she sits by the pool with. The floors cave in, tons of water damage and new paint doesn't change the fact that the foundation, walls and floor boards (including stairs) are 30 years old.
