I have lived at Pavilion Lakes for three months. One of the biggest assets I like about my apartment is the storage space. It has a larger walk-in closet than any of the other apartments I looked at when searching for a home. The linen closet is huge, also the entry/coat closet holds much more than my coats, something to appreciate if you are down-sizing from a house. I like the open floor plan and found that the large rooms hold all of my furniture and I do have ALOT of furnishings. I find the community to feel safe and my neighbors to be very respectful of each other. They are in the process of re-modeling and up-dating the property. I did have an issue with the apartment as a result of the remodeling but Holly (the manager) took immediate steps to correct the problem to my satisfaction. I have found the management team to be very professional and caring about my comfort and satisfaction with the property. They have been easy to talk to and are quick to respond to my needs. Clear communication is a huge plus here.
Nothing is perfect, but all in all I would say they try as much as humanly possible to exceed your expectations in making an apartment a HOME. I would reccomend this property to any of my friends.
