These old apartments are not worth the money. I have found a lot of other tenants with similar problems, mainly leaking ceilings and under the counter leaks. There is mold behind the walls but they continue to "patch" the drywall.
Creaky stairs and floors and not enough parking and huge turn over in tenants. I have a new neighbor every 3 months.
