what do I think This place is horrible. Its dirty and bugs are everywhere. there is always something wrong in there. my outlets just went, my celing looks like its about to collapse. my shower walls are breaking off. BUGS!!!!! kitchen is small as well.

Nice Place to Live These apartments are quiet and safe, we moved to them because we were having a baby and did not feel secure where we were. The staff remembers our cute little one. They are nice and always quick with maintenance requests! I think they offer the best rent in town,

Impecable Place to Rent! I went from living my entire life in a house, to moving into Diamond Valley Apartments 3 years ago. These apartments are terrific! The move was easy, quick, and painless! The staff is very friendly, and always prompt when addressing any maintenance issue.

Horrible The staff is not friendly, they don't care about their renters, only money. They don't know how to get things accomplished. They are rude and fake. Safety is a major issue here. I've heard of two horrible stories that occurred. Fixing things= good luck

>Never answer questions if they do its i dont know.My lease was up and had to contact them twice asking where my renewal was .She said she mailed it here it is almost 2 months later no lease i luckily knew when it was up so put in a notice to move.I

Very Awesome Apartment Complex We have lived at Diamond Valley for 2 years and I have to say the management works very well with us. My husband is disabled and they have went above and beyond to make adjustments that we needed to ensure his safety.
