Sure it looks like a great deal, low rent, lots of square footage... but don't be fooled. Maintenance is slow, the staff is defensive, and the facilities stink. It took the threat of an attorney to get them to fix a leaking water heater and remove the mold it caused in our apartment. It took them three days to get our A/C working again under much pressure. The weight room is ancient and half of the machines don't even work. What a waste of "cheap rent." I'd rather pay more, and get more.
