Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2008-01-01
I still have 4 months on my lease and i have already started packing! The office staff is very friendly but could really care less about any of their residents.
They should never have let me move in - the place was a disaster! The appliances are old as can be & falling apart.
The maintenance staff is very sweet but dumber than a box of rocks! not only that, they both live 30 minutes away! My electricity has gone out 4 times in 1 week, i have gone without any heat a few times (one time because the maintenance forgot to turn back on the breaker - when it was 10 degrees outside)& they cannot figure out why my hot water only lasts 5 - 8 minutes at a time! Parking is extremely scarce - most of the time i have to park 5 or 6 buildings down from my own.
I could go on and on........what ever you do, hit the hills running and dont look back!
